It would be incredibly useful to edit an ILC session from the ILC report. It would not need to be a direct link to the session, but perhaps a link to edit the course it is associated with.
This is helpful for cancellations, time changes, location changes, number of enrollments, etc. especially when needing to change multiple sessions.
Hello Everyone,
With our November release, we’ve added ‘Edit Course’ as an action on the ILC Sessions report!
You’ll now be able to edit a selected course, and in turn modify the sessions for the selected course as well.
This definitely needs to be brought back.
Definitely need to bring this back! We used it constantly.
We feel the same way. This is a loss of functionality with the Admin Experience upgrade. Please add this feature back ASAP.
Being able to access the course and edit sessions from the ILC menu was a feature used daily. Please bring it back!
We had this feature in A5 but also lost it when we upgraded to AR. We used the Edit button to quickly add new sessions directly from the report without having to go back to the course. Now the workflow in AR is clunky and cumbersome and has already resulted in someone adding a new session when they didn't have to.
This feature is very essential for day-to-day operations. It works great in conjunction with Saved Layout from the ILC Sessions Screen.
FDOT enabled the new Admin Exp. Refresh on 08/15/22 in our LMS - Learning Curve. The Statewide District Training Managers are emailing "upset" looking for the "Edit Course" button under the "ILC Sessions" menu. This feature no longer is available in the new Admin Exp. Refresh and the Training Managers/Training Coordinators utilize this report to access the Course Sessions quickly.
This is absolutely an need for our agency. We used this functionality daily and are having to work round now.
Agreed! Constantly having to look at one report (ILC Sessions) to really look at the details of all the sessions but then have to go all the way back into the course to actually find the session and edit those details is a big time-waster. A button on the side where grades and such are for quick edits would be amazing.
