Absorb is very reliant on logging in and emails for communication. Younger staff use text more often, or rely on notifications (we are the restaurant industry, so it is a large portion of our staff). The biggest flaw on the app, and the reason we don't utilize, is that the app doesn't have the ability to have push notifications.
Very important for us too. A lot of our construction workers don't really use their email, so we need to make sure they are able to receive messages trough the mobile app.
This feature is so important especially for users in APAC who prefer mobile notifications to email notifications for new courses alerts. Please have this feature ASAP.
Agreed, so many competitors are offering push notifications and this is becoming an issue with Clients that are asking for this capability. Most users do not want to receive so many emails.
