When filtering by job title, add an option to exclude a title, or portion of the title from the list. This would be very helpful to us when I am trying to target things specific types of employees.
Example: I have to filter out 8 pathologists from my list, but in doing so I ended up also removing 20 speech pathologists that were required to do a specific course.
