For Completion messages (or any other system generated message) it would be helpful to have 'Other' available. I want to be able to automatically send a completion/nudge/fail message to a subject matter expert that is not necessarily an admin/supervisor.
Hi Damien! We have clients who accomplish this by setting up email forwarding, though I will freely admit that is not as convenient. Absorb typically stays away from the type of ad-hoc field you're talking about because of the security risk associated with having LMS data go to effectively anonymous recipients. I'm going to say we are unlikely to prioritize this work, but I don't see any major technical challenges in this idea.
