Please prevent the creation of duplicate course titles. This is the only LMS ever encountered that permits the creation of a duplicate title. This can cause big problems with the inadvertent creation of a duplicate title, with some users using one version, and other users using another one.
When combined with the lack of true versioning, this one is a killer.
