Add Supervisor Column/Filter to Course and Curricula Activity (and other) Reports Merged

It would be greatly helpful if we were able to filter curricula and activity (and hopefully most other) reports by supervisory relationships so that we can easily send supervisors reports that are relevant to their teams since many times supervisors and their teams belong to the same department and can't be separated that way in most reports. it would also be helpful to have similar operators to the department filters where you can say that a supervisor "is only" as well as "and below" to include a cascading filter that would include any direct reports of a supervisor's direct reports.
