Learner see all enrollments (historic and active)

Allow learners to see entire training history not just active enrollments. If they take Course A in 2017 and then again in 2021, show both on the user transcript. Currently only Admins can see both enrollments.

    Hello again, everyone!

I am very pleased to announce that this item has been included in our November 2023 Release! It will leverage the same configuration toggle as the other Inactive Enrollments in order to simplify setup on your portal.

For more information, please find the Release Notes here: https://support.absorblms.com/hc/en-us/articles/21970185655955-November-Release-Notes-2023

    Hello Admins!

If we were to expose historic enrollment data to Learners on their transcript, do you see value in including ALL historic enrollments for a course or just the ones that were successfully completed?

There may be a case where a Learner is re-enrolled in a course multiple times (perhaps their enrollment expired, as an example) before successfully completing it. Is there benefit to showing this full history to the Learners?

Hello. We have delivered the ability to show or hide inactive courses on your learner's transcript with the November 2022 release. Please do take a look at https://ideas.absorblms.com/ideas/LMS-I-34. At this time, we do not have plans to add historic enrollments to the learner's transcript.

This idea is very similar to (same as?) https://ideas.absorblms.com/ideas/LMS-I-34 Not being able to see courses in a transcript when the course has been inactivated means we have to keep courses active which makes our course list in the admin area very difficult to navigate.

I agree with this! A transcript is meant to document all previous course completions, even if there are multiple completions for the same course.

for whatever reason, learners aren't able to see historic enrollment completions on their transcripts on their own. though, this is visible to admins if they view a learner's transcript on the admin side. it would be better if learners can substan...
