Our learners are all external/retail/e-commerce. Our instructor led courses are heavily regulated and require attendance and polling tracking (i.e., how long were they signed in, how many polling questions did they answer, etc.).
My primary request is to seamlessly integrate WebEx enrollments/registration so that when a student enrolls in a webinar session, they are automatically enrolled in the respective WebEx session. The same logic would carry over to changing/canceling sessions.
Current process: Create the class in WebEx. Create a venue for the WebEx registration link in Absorb. Create a session for the class using the newly created venue. Guide students to click on the WebEx registration link in the session card, enrollment and reminder emails.
The result of this clunky register-after-enrolling process is >50% of our learners failing to register in WebEx after they “enroll” through Absorb. In order to avoid chaos on the day of the class, we waste several hours a week proactively manually entering the learner’s name and email into WebEx registration.
My secondary request is to integrate the WebEx data so that after the class, the learner's Absorb account is automatically updated with time spent and polling information. We're required to retain this information for 5 years. It would be great to have it all tied to the learner’s Absorb account without excessive manual intervention.
