We have a . number of reports that we send out automatically to the leaders of different areas of our organization and for each one we know that the course will be due in 90 days so perhaps we want the reports to generate weekly to the leaders of those areas so they can easily see progress for their groups. But after 120 days those reports are no longer needed. I would love to be able to have those reports time out rather than having to remember to turn them off after a specified period of time.
