When looking at an ILC activity report, no where does it track the time for the session. Each session has a start/end time, so it should be able to track that at least, as well as the Attributes Learner Time (less ideal in case sessions are different lengths for some reason). However, the report does none of that. It only tracks the start time. This is big metric for companies trying to increase and track the learning hours for the company and individual.
It would be great if time tracking could also be available for Online courses , so we can measure how much training in hours in completed within a given time period

We unfortunately have to give a similar response on many of these reporting posts. We are looking at reporting improvements to the base reports in advance of next year. This request is something we can take in to consideration.
In the meantime, we do have Analyze where you could do this (see screenshot below). This is a paid add-on, but does allow you to meet a great deal of reporting needs, including advanced analytics and other BI functions.
