Currently, the External Training entry function exists only on the User experience. This allows you to enter details of the training (ie duration, date of completion, instructor, venue, etc) for the single User by the single User.
We have multiple admin users who are required to enter training completions for upwards of 70 people, 3-4 times a day (Fire training is running drills all day that must all be tracked). It would be ideal for our admin users if the functionality of the external training entry were available from the Admin experience, and included the enrolment on mass scale (ie enter the details of the training ad hoc, select the attendees, say 20 individuals), and save from the Admin experience.
In this way, we capture all the data as it happens, and with a single entry, all enrolment is tracked rather than either each user entering their own training independently (ie 70 distinct entries) OR creating a course shell, session, and enrolling users.
Ad hoc training entries need to be captured quickly and efficiently. An Admin function that mimics the External Training entry currently on the user experience, and which allows for mass enrolment, would be ideal!
