We work with an external customer base and want to understand our learners better. We have turned on Google Analytics but Absorb only allows that connection to go so far.
In addition to understanding our customers better through increased analytics, we also want learners to be able to find us. Absorb does not allow our content to show up in public searches (as I understand it.) This means that our learners will never find our information through a public search. For anyone who sells training, this is a big loss.
Learners not being able to find/identify the site in a search engine is a major issue for resellers like us.
