When setting up groups or filters using the Department popup window you are restricted to selecting one Department at a time. If you need to add many departments to a group, this creates a time consuming repetitive process of adding a new rule and selecting each department individually. This also applies to selecting Departments for a report filter. Each has to be added separately. It would streamline these processes if the Department selection tool allowed you to choose multiple Departments at once.
This is massively important to be able to support any mid to large size company.

Thanks for sharing this idea. I understand our current implementation is time-consuming. Certainly, we will take this into consideration as we work to improve our LMS features and I'll update this thread if we complete this enhancement.
