I run monthly and yearly reports for courses taken and total number of credits per learner. Since these reports do not include external training, I have to run a separate report and total the credits manually. There is no benefit for my company to have external credits siloed the way they are.
We are going to see if we can add this in to Analyze in the short term (3-6 months), and can look at this as a potential reporting improvement for the base product alongside the other reporting improvements we have to consider for next year.
