Give the option for the admin creating ILCs to allow people to register for any of the sessions in the ILC
Example 1: they have to register for 3 different ILCs to attend just 1 workshop and feedback on this issues has come from 95% if people registering THIS CURRENTLY AFFECTS OUR 6000 REGULAR MEMBERS IN ADDITION TO THE PUBLIC REGISTRATIONS
Our workshops all have an Orientation call (a few months before the course begins)
The actual workshop (is anywhere from 3 - 4 days)
The follow-up call (happens around 3 months after the workshop)
Example 2: We have courses that happen every 2 - 6 weeks and certain members who fit the rule can register for any of them, as many as they want
Cohort Sessions: These happen every 2 week all year in a set of 3 (so every 6 weeks there are a series of 3 cohort sessions that have the same topic) – I have to make a new ILC for each new group
Guest Speakers happen every 6 weeks and they can register for ANY of them but I have to create an ILC for every single one instead of having them all in one ILC called "Guest Speakers", have them all listed there with the information on each ILC
Etc.. I have about 12 "Topics" ( Cohorts, Guest Speakers, Technology Showcase, Practice Exchange, etc.)
Hide the ILC when there are no upcoming sessions to choose from
I have to remember to go in every week and make ILCs inactive that are over and because we have to have so many there is a LOT of manual work
Give admins the options to allow them to signup for an ILC even if they missed the first one (if is is a group like the Cohort Sessions)
Cohort session are every 6 weeks in a series of 3, they can attend all 3 or just 1 BUT if they miss registering for the first one, they are UNABLE to register for the other ones (we have about 6000 people AND GROWING WHO FIT THIS RULE)
