Include a "expand all" button in the learner transcript. Sometimes you have to click "Load more" several times.

To provide some context on this functionality, the transcript can contain a lot of data, and loading it all one go can result in poor performance, while I can appreciate that it may be tedious to load more multiple times, this enables us to provide a more stable and consistent experience in the application.
