We have Administrators that we want to have permissions to admin for their subset of learners only. However, we need them to be a Reviewer for a broader group of learners. Please consider making the permissions for Reviewers and Administrators distinct. Thank you!
Hi, Pam. This is a reviewer for observation checklists. In our use case, we need them to be administrators just for their agencies (ie enroll officers into training courses and track progress). Separately, for officers from all around the nation, we need them to be able to be a reviewer of an observation checklist. When we assign just one agency for their admin, it eliminates their ability to be a reviewer for officers from all different agencies. But when we remove the restriction of one agency for admin, they have the ability to admin for all agencies, which creates serious privacy concerns. Please let me know if you need any further clarification. Thank you!
Hello,
Thanks for the feedback.
I just wanted to ask for a some clarification on this. Is this a Reviewer in the sense of Observation Checklists as opposed to a Reviewer of Create Content? That being the case, what additional permissions might a Reviewer need that you couldn't grant by making them an Admin and also a Reviewer?
Is this a Supervisor/Manager requirement? We are considering the possibility of making this a distinct permission set (for Supervisors/Managers), any additional clarity or context you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Pamela
