I would like to see the ability to resend a notification to a user. Primarily related to the welcome message and course enrollments. In my previous LMS, we could resend an email message from within the admin portal.
We have had several incidences where an initial email was undeliverable or our SMTP credentials were down resulting in no emails going out. This is important especially for the Welcome emails as they provide information on accessing the LMS. Most users do not look at their internal notifications in the LMS to see what they missed.
Resend notifications would be such a huge help to have. I have many requests to resend enrollment notifications and it would be much quicker to resend notifications rather than unenroll and re-enroll users from a course. This would also be beneficial if the original enrollment dates are pertinent to the user's enrollment.
