Problem Statement: When a learner is enrolled into a curriculum that has an observation checklist (i.e. you set a post-enrollment rule to auto-enroll learners into all courses/checklists within the curriculum), these learners will show in the Reviewer Experience as "Not Ready", hidden in a tertiary tab. For reviewers, they are confused when they cannot find the user in the "Ready" section to sign off on them.
Example: A user joins the company. They are automatically assigned by Department rule to a specific curriculum. That curriculum has a post-enrollment rule to enroll them in all content within, including an Observation Checklist. The user completes all e-learning courses within the curriculum, but does not realize you must also go into the observation checklist and click the "Ready" button. Learner now appears to Reviewer as "Not Ready".
Request: Include an option that allows users to be set as "Ready" upon enrollment into an Observation Checklist. Learners appearing in the "Not Ready" section is confusing Reviewers, and slowing down the process as we explain to them this quirk.
