There are instances when, for whatever reason, our FTP fails and we need to quickly be able to import our bulk user data. In past LMSs we have had the ability to do a manual bulk import of user data, groups, etc. Would love to see this added as an option for Super Admin.
I also need the ability to import users with their department as we assign curricula based on department. Doing multiple uploads (one per department) is time consuming. I don't see why this field can't just be imported at the outset like the other fields.
I can't seem to update status, supervisor, or department using the bulk import, so it's pretty much useless to me.

Have you looked into utilizing the "Update Existing Users" function in the User Import? Or were there other specific attributes that you were looking for?
