Add the Role field to all filters and views

By adding the Role field on all screens, I could filter, report on, and assign courses to just Admins.

E-signature authentication type should default to match portal settings

Our company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), so we need to use a PIN for verification. When we add an e-signature object, it defaults to the Autheticate method. If a portal has SSO-enabled, the object should default to PIN, to avoid incompatibility.
