Allow custom fields to be added to the learner transcripts, such as: 1) job title 2) first day/last day 3) supervisor / reports to Having custom fields will allow us to collect and organize the exact information we need, esp with rehires.

Report creators should be able to edit a report title without redoing the rest of the report. The report itself might be "spot-on correct" but the title might be misleading. Being able to just edit the report title would be a huge time-saver.
