Ability to group or organize dashboard reports into folders

I have so many reports on my dashboard, it would be nice to be able to organize them into folders or groups with headers.

completion percentage on reports

On all reports if you were to add the number of "completed" percentage for the report. Example 327 people out of 414 total enrolled were marked completed. The report should show "completed % 78.9%".
