Workflows

Workflow functionality. It would be helpful to us to have employees complete a course/task/etc. and then have to go to a manager to review and make comments. We would look to use this for our performance review process.

Whilst Absorb's pretty intuitive in the learner's perspective, would be good if we have a general guide? How to enroll, where to see grades, how to search for courses more efficiently. Emphasis on the general since platforms are customizable.
