Roll up lesson assessments for overall curriculum grade.

We have a large curriculum that consists 12 courses. After each course we conduct a quiz on that group of lessons. Ideally, I would like the option to roll up all of the grades on these quizzes into a cumulative grade for the entire curriculum.
