Allows us to more accurately curate and review content. Most companies have to store all of this in another file, leading to double handling and tracking.

ILC sessions should have an in progress state in addition to future and past

ILC session should have an in progress or live state in addition to future and past sessions. At the moment, once the session starts, it is marked as a past session, which is a problem if the user wants to see current sessions that are happening.

Workflows

Workflow functionality. It would be helpful to us to have employees complete a course/task/etc. and then have to go to a manager to review and make comments. We would look to use this for our performance review process.

Default Items Per Page Increased

It would be great to customize the default # of items that are shown per page. In most scenarios, I need to increase to more than 20.
