In order to adjust the scope of a question bank, the ability to mark a question as inactive while retaining existing responses would enable the ability to revise the purpose of a question bank without compromising existing assessments
When building enrolment rules (especially complex ones) it would be useful to have the ability to duplicate the rule and make amendments rather than having to set up multiple rules from scratch with only minor differences between each one.
