Add Spreadsheet Import Support for Enrollments and Groups

Add 'Assign Due Date' button to Actions List under Enrollments
Once under a user's enrollments, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple courses as a batch and assign a due date rather than individually. An "Assign Due Date" button should be added to the Actions list.
I would like to print out a report that includes a display column option for Default Price. This way I can then sort out by price and provide to our execs.
scorm files cannot be deleted after integration. It would be nice to be able to delete them to double the training. This would help with classification.
