We have curriculums where different courses all count toward the same certification. We would like users to only be able to see their courses as determined by the Enrollment Rules at the course level.

Allow "Date added to group" enrollment rule

Competencies should allowed to decay or expire

If I was competent at something five years ago, there is no reason to assume with certainty that I am still competent. The ability to set decay or expiration dates for competencies would allow for more granular pre-requisite controls.
