Allow tooltips on lots of areas

It would be great to add a tooltip where comments or instructions could be configured to help users. For example where the points/credits in attachment would be nice to explain about the points. This concept would be helpful throughout the system

Prevent curriculum permissions roll down

Competencies should allowed to decay or expire

If I was competent at something five years ago, there is no reason to assume with certainty that I am still competent. The ability to set decay or expiration dates for competencies would allow for more granular pre-requisite controls.

Enable Nudge Emails for ILC

All of our courses are ILC. We would like to have nudge emails be able to go out to learners who have not completed the ILC yet, however there is no setting to allow for us to do this.

Increase font size for "Read more"
