Allow mobile friendly for Electronic Signature

I would like to set up Electronic Signature but doesn't allow me to do so with enabling on mobile app. Many of our users use the mobile app as they are not office employees with access to a computer.

Waive Users from Curricula or Online Courses

We need the option to be able to mark someone as complete/waived for curricula and/or online courses. This is a requirement for legal purposes to show they are 'certified' but didn't complete the content within the certification.

Include version number in View History of courses

Add the ability to view the version number in the Course History. Currently, the Course History shows the date and what changes were made, and it would be nice if the version number was included next to the date.

Search course name by external ID in enrolment key

As we have courses with the same names, but they are for different customers, it would be nice to include the external ID after the course name so we can differentiate the course name when assigning a course to an enrolment key.
