It is very common when we are enrolling a large number of people into a single course for us to assign different enrollment options to an enrollment group. For example, let's say we have create an automatic group of learners that identifies a particular subset of the population. Let's call that Group 1. We create a different group for a different subset of users. We'll call them Group 2. They all need access to the same course and we want to keep all the enrollments in a single course for easier tracking. The problem is, Group 1 has entirely different messaging and due dates than Group 2. Currently the only way to do this is to create to entirely different courses.
My recommendation is that we are able to create "enrollment sets", which include all of the enrollment details but apply to a single enrollment group of users.
