We would like the option to Deactivate Multiple courses at one time. Every Quarter, we mark upwards of 30 courses as inactive since we do not want the learners accessing them after the information has passed. It would be a HUGE timesaver to be able to select multiple courses and mark them as inactive all at the same time.
I will add on to this that I would like the ability to take bulk actions on courses. It would be great to update or deactivate or change the "featured" status to a specific course or even a category of courses at once without going through one by one.
YES., this is near MUST have. We're at a point where some larger curriculums are being retired but don't want to delete, and it's taking more time than it ought to deactivate each one. Also, when building out curriculums, it will be nice to build courses for a curriculum while inactive and activate them all at once.
