At present, Absorb has the option to send all enrolment/completion/failure messages to a learner's supervisor, or none at all. Could there be an option to send a Nudge reminder to a supervisor after so many have been sent to a learner, or after a certain length of time. For example, if Absorb has sent 3 nudge emails to a learner and the course is still showing as Not Started or In Progress, could we have the option to send a 4th to both the learner and their supervisor?
I wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion. The supervisors only need the nudge messages when the course is significantly overdue, but then they absolutely need to get the messages. This would be a significant win!
