A few clients have requested the ability to create a hotspot activity in which the user MUST click all the hotspots in order to continue. In testing, the best way to replicate this is with the Pick Many knowledge check question. Add several buttons, set them all as the correct answer, and they would be assessed on Submit. However, the media options in Pick Many do allow for tool tips, so learners can't click and see an image or hear an audio plug. Right now the best way we can do hotspots is as independent images with Tool Tips, but then there is no assessment on whether everything was clicked. The attachments show the 2 use cases for hotspots.
Thank you for taking the time to share your idea. After careful consideration, we've decided that we are unable to prioritize this suggestion at this time. While we recognize the value of your request, our current roadmap commitments and resource constraints prevent us from pursuing it in the near future.
Rest assured, your idea is stored in our repository, and we will revisit it as we continue to evaluate improvements, including the potential for a hotspot activity that all users must click to proceed.
Your feedback is invaluable in shaping our platform, and we truly appreciate your contribution to its growth.
We want this ability too. We considered adding time to the slide that has to be reached, but ultimately went with Steve's comment here and just hope learners click on all of the tooltips to learn.
Here is a video that might be helpful for building these activities:

100% agree. This was one of my first tasks after working with Create and was disappointed that it wasn't available. We just created hotspots and "hope" that the learner clicks all of them to "learn more about...."
