We would like to be able to see aggregate data in the checklist reporting, i.e. see the results for a group of learners, rather than have to drill down to a single learner to see their answers. Similar to an Assessment ANSWERS report, we could see multiple users and multiple checklist items at the same time. That would allow us to detect trends across departments.
We also need this. Observational checklists lose a lot of their value if we can't see the data
Very good idea. We have the same (desperate) need. Observation checklist is a brilliant tool to handle On-the-Job training but it is almost impossible to get an overview.
