In the Analyze data model, we are able to show and report on User custom fields.
However, if you add a custom field, the data model never gets updated, so you can't report on it or use it in Analyze. This is an urgent showstopper.
Per support:
"At this time, it is expected that Custom Fields will not be available for use in Analyze if they were created after Analyze was enabled for the Portal. Our Technical Team did state that they are working on identifying an effective strategy for reflecting changes made in the LMS for custom fields in Analyze. However, they do not currently have a timeline for when changes in functionality might be available."
We have addressed your concern and the Reporting Team is available to assist you in updating your current state Custom Fields. Simply submit a request ticket or contact your CSM for help.
Any update on this? We are having issues with visibility in Analyze differeing from Absorb LMS as our visiblity is using a custom field.

We are actively working on a solution to this as noted in the comment you posted from support. I'm sure we will have a solution implemented in the next month or two.
