Allow Admins to Delete Assessment Responses Merged

When creating a new Assessment in an Online Course, I test it out by inputting a lot of test/sample responses. Then, they're stuck there forever.

Admins should be able to delete (test) responses to an Assessment. (SurveyMonkey allows Admins to delete individual responses.)

    This limitation has me stuck since I got feedback from learners on an assessment that was laready taken by a dozen of them, and it turned out I needed to erase one question. Then, un-enrolling/re-enrolling + resetting their progress manually to delete a question isn;t an acceptable workaround, I had to modify the question with dummy question/answer instead..

    Totally agree, if you find a mistake in a question you cannot edit. Even reenrolling the user keeps their old answers in the assessment report. The only workaround is to duplicate a course.
