Text Message Reminders or Integration with Text Message application
It would be largely beneficial to our staff, the majority of whom are mobile and not in front of a computer, to receive text message notifications and/or reminders for upcoming trainings. Is this on any future roadmaps?
Absorb has investigated an integration of this type in the past, and found that without the client owning the text message vendor relationship, the costs do not allow for an implementation of this type. If Absorb supported sending a message to an outside service, via a Webhook for example, would that assist in solving this business problem?
