Please consider having nudge messages based on due dates rather than enrollment dates. we would love to be able to send messages out one month before something is due and then again 1 week before it's due. etc. etc. More flexibility in general with the nudge messages would be great.
This is a major concern and extra workaround for us. It would be so helpful if this was implemented.
I absolutely second this. We’re having to do a number of manual workarounds to ensure nudge emails are sent on an appropriate cadence to learners. Being able to select the days before due date that the nudge emails would start sending as well as the cadence of emails sent would be a very impactful change for us.
Yes agreed, and this needs to happen quickly if possible. For compliance oriented training due dates are a huge focus and currently Absorb downplays due dates generally for learners.
