We'd like the ability to see WHO (which Admin) marked the completion for a Learner's Online class.

Thank you for expressing interest in this feature. And thank you, William, for pointing me in the direction of the related idea to merge!
I have fantastic news to share - the "Activity Feed" report was recently enhanced in the November Release to include a column called "Initiated By". This will show whether it was the Learner themselves or an Admin that performed an activity like enrolling or completing a course.
