There should be a way to automatically bump the order of FAQs when a new FAQ is added, so that we don't have to reorder all of our FAQs manually. For example, if we have 40 FAQs, and realize that we'd like a new FAQ to go in the second place, then we have bump all 38 the FAQs after that to maintain the order.
