The idea: Instead of only having one Nudge Email or Reminder Email at one particular cadence, having the ability to add multiple with different messaging.
Why: What you want to say to someone who hasn't completed a training 2 weeks after enrollment might be different than what you'd say 2 months after enrollment. The ability to create different messages for different timeframes would be immensely helpful, and (in theory) could coincide with Due Dates and Expiration Dates, or other unique cadences.
How: I think the current way that the emails function is fine, but just adding the ability to create multiple different nudge emails with the option for custom messaging.
Who: It's useful for admins to be able to change how they're messaging learners who have yet to complete a training and should also benefit learners if it leads to more effective communication!
This is exactly what we need, would enable us to set escalating language!
