multiple nudge templates

We have had a few requests, both internally and from external clients, to be able to send different customised nudge (reminder) emails in courses, depending on when they are sent. For example if a participant hasn't completed their course after the first week, they get sent a nudge saying "You were enrolled a week ago, please complete your course." and if they haven't completed it after 11 months, another nudge saying "You only have one month left to complete your course before it expires." I think the best way to implement this feature, would be to have a button to "Send another nudge email" that would create a duplicate of the "Send nudge email" panel. Not sure if you would need to set a limit on how many "Send nudge email" panels an administrator could create, but ideally a minimum of 3.

I think it would be very helpful to have multiple nudge templates, such as a pre-deadline and post-deadline template, to be able to use one tone (friendly, FYI, don't forget!) to remind people of an upcoming deadline, and then using a completely different tone to advise people of an overdue requirement (assertive, action required, please do this immediately).

Yes we were just talking about being able to escalate the language - voting for this!
