It would be beneficial to add a rule to the prohibit learners from changing or cancelling sessions. It should be an approval and ability to add a date to the section. for instance like how nudge emails are set up. Choose how many days or weeks that they are allowed to cancel or change the session and if after said date - they need approval to change or cancel.
