Admin ability to upload external certificates without impersonating the Learner
This will be handy and time as the admin can upload certificates sent to them and approve at the same time instead of first impersonating and then going back to the admin experience to approve the upload.
This is an essential feature for us, we have about 40 courses where our learner cohort is geographically dispersed and the certificates are issued centrally by the training provider. It is so much simpler for an admin to load the certificates rather than distribute the certificates and then rely on the learner to upload thus creating another task to monitor and follow up certificate uploads. Having to impersonate the learner is just an unnecessary step for the admin in this process
Yes! I made a post about this as well. This is extremely time consuming for us as our learners do not understand how to upload into the system and/or complete many requirements outside of the company.

Agree. We have more and more courses working in this manner. It's a cumbersome process to have to impersonate the learner first.
