It would be helpful to be able to upload documents to a Learner's Transcript through the Admin portal without having to impersonate the learner and upload through "External Training".
We have employees who complete trainings at other companies that we apply to their enrollments and transcript, but it is tedious and time consuming to go into each person's profile to upload the document.

The fact that this item remains unreviewed after more than two years is discouraging. We are recent adopters of Absorb. We regret not looking more closely at the External Training module, as it is severely underdeveloped. Indeed, we cannot begin to use the External Training module in its current state.
I have the same issue and submitted this as an idea before seeing this idea. Allowing Admin, supervisors or specific trainers ability to upload would definitely be a huge improvement. I am also currently impersonating team members.
I have this same issue, except my learners don't seem to understand that they need to upload something to show proof of completion. Instead they send them to me and want me to do it. A lot of extra steps to have to impersonate the learner.
