When you exit out of a third party lesson you get the attached image. Although this message can be changed to state something different like "You may lose your current progress if you exit"
We would also like to see if this message could be optional. Meaning if this message can be disabled or enabled.
This currently causes a lot of confusion for our learners. So much so that we changed the on-screen text in the translation keys as a workaround so that it sounds more like a standard Exit or Cancel popup instead of a scary "your progress will be lost" warning.
This is something new since the last release. Interesting that we need to request to have something become optional that didn't previously exist. I agree that it will cause some confusion to the learners as our course progress is saved. We can change the wording (in our 8 required languages) but it still pops up as an alert. I would also like to have the option to disable this.
We use Articulate storyline and this popup happens. This didn't happen with the old learner experience at all. Now that it has started to happen it is very confusing for learners, especially as it's incorrect - progress is indeed saved.
I need to be able to totally disable this.
I've only noticed it occurs with courses I've built using Adobe Captivate (we don't use Create). Courses built with Articulate Storyline or Rise seem to work normally. So there is obviously a glitch somewhere that should be able to be resolved. I've tried using an exit button, ensured all pages were viewed in the course, a continue button, a final page - but they all bring up this "leave lesson error" - and for me - only with SCORM lessons/courses built with Captivate. All other objects seem to work normally.
