Add expiration dates to learners' profiles or user groups Merged

For those who sell learning content on a subscription basis, it is very difficult to manually track expiration dates for each user, and deactivate them. Adding an expiration date would allow users to create profiles that gives unlimited access to the platform for a year, a month, etc, and then will deactivate them automatically.

    This would give customers the option to sell seats to their LMS on a timely basis. I think adding a deactivation date field in the user's profile would be very helpful.

    I agree that this would be an incredibly useful feature. From a data management and FOIP Perspective Best Practice perspective, not having built in expiry dates or being able to easily control data according to our own company policies or contracts that we have with particular companies, is definitely something the Absorb team might want to reconsider.
