Looking for a way to enroll users based on their time from hire specifically. We'd like to stagger onboarding training, but find it difficult to manage without a rules such as "Assign training to all employees when time from hired = 7 days". Really helpful when we need to refine rules with dept specific trainings.
I'd like to see an option to enroll employees who have a hire date "within X days." That way I could automatically add people into a new hire group, or enroll them into a course based on being hired within the last 30 90, whatever days. Then they'd drop out of the new hire group or no longer have that enrollment once they no longer meet the criteria.
You can accomplish this with the "When enrolled" post enrollment rule and setting a 7-day delay. This is easire to manage with curriculums, but you can select multiple courses, as well. You can set up a chain of enrollments in this fashion by adding a post enrollment rule to the second batch of courses.
